We are keen to involve schools and young people in local history and working alongside Oldway School during the production of the Paignton Book proved that there is room for a Junior Heritage Society, where children can explore areas of local history that interest them.
We are delighted that Mrs Jo Tucker, one of our members and a former head mistress has agreed to start such a group to meet in the Library once a month on a Saturday Morning. We’ll be launching more information very soon.
